The storage units are clean with easy access. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we needed an extra unit while moving our belongings into storage. The temperature in the facility was perfect being we were moving on a 98 degree day.

This location is a *fantastic* storage business. Clean, well lit, friendly and helpful staff, and TONS of room and amenities that make the general chore that usually accompanies storage unit errands an absolute breeze. Lots of good-sized rolling dollies for easy transport from the HUGE loading bay. Blasting cool AC. And good tunes playing through the speakers. Just had to unload a large moving truck there and the movers I hired to help me were remarking what a great place it was and how it made the job a lot easier. Would absolutely recommend YourSpace for Sussex County storage needs!

In the past I have had nothing but terrible experiences with U-Haul but there aren't a ton of other options. In this case, they've won back my business. Debbie and Loni (sp?) Were so helpful and made the check in easy. I will definitely rent from this location the next time I need a truck.

This is a new facility. It is clean and easy access all of the lockers. The drive in loading dock is the bomb! There is also a covered and elevated dock in the rear, which made it great to unload the truck.

Handled the process on line and received a call asking me to stop in as some savings didn’t come through on the on line request. Once in person, they treated us like we were their only client!!!! A Plus Customer Service
