“Very happy with my experience at this auto repair shop! Was super easy to make an appointment on the phone as a new customer. They had flexibility with times even on a Saturday when I booked a few days prior. Drop off was easy and car was done fast. Was a big fan of the inspection they do. They take photos and send you everything and you can also save it as a file which is super cool. I got an oil change and tire rotation for $100, which I think if a fair price nowadays. I also asked for any other recommendations for service and they were honest + fair and said nothing at this time but let me know about what’s coming up. Great repair shop that I would recommend to everyone in the area!”

“Stewart, the owner of Harmon's Body Shop, is amazing! After a run-in last December with a deer on the way home from work, my insurance company wanted to total my Kia Sorento after getting the first body shop estimate. But the adjuster gave me another option: She told me that if I could get the car repaired for a dollar amount that was about $1,300 less thana that estimate, they would pay for it. So I asked friends whether they could recommend a body shop that did good work at very reasonable rates. One of those friends told me she had gone to Harmon's Body Shop in Millsboro and Stewart had repaired her car for a charge that was very reasonable. So I went to Harmon's and talked with Stewart. He went to the first body shop to look at my car and said he thought he could do it for the dollar amount the insurance company was willing to pay. I had the car towed to Harmon's. Stewart submitted an estimate to the insurance company and it was accepted. As luck would have it, Stewart was able to find a Kia Sorento in a salvage lot that had been totaled but had an undamaged front end with most of the parts my car needed. It was even the same color! Less than 3 weeks after I had my car towed to Harmon's, Stewart completed the repairs, and I drove out of his shop with a car that had a beautifully rebuilt front end. Stewart also drove it just enough to make sure it was mechanically sound. I am fortunate to have found Stewart and Harmon's. I never could have gotten a car even remotely similar to my Sorento with what the insurance company was willing to pay me. I highly recommend Stewart and Harmon's Body Shop. He is honest, gets the job done in the timeframe he says he will and does great work.”

“I find them pricy, yet they are customer service focused. Have a really nice selection of bulk cable and terminal lugs. All kinds of terminals for break/fix. Usually,they have the exact fit battery or offer a will work battery from stock.. I like that they keep a computer log of batteries I buy, so if there is an in warranty claim, it's no hassle without a reciept. They always offer to load the battery in your vehicle and offer instalation. Good store.”

“My engine oil light alert came on while traveling to Rehobeth and I had to stop to put oil in my car asap. I stopped at the Auto zone in Millsboro DE and was greeted kindly in the store and everyone ( the woman who looked up my cat oil type) and the gentleman who actually put the oil in my car were awesome! “Alternator bearings went up and 5 year old battery drained completely. Triple A towed me to Millsboro, DE lot after I called around for a battery, thinking that was the only problem. Erwin, helped me sort everything out and went above and beyond anything I ever experienced before. “My family of 6 were far from home and had electrical issues in the parking lot of Carquest & Ocean Air Tire. We initially asked for help from Carquest employees who happily tried testing battery, starter and alternator then they went and grabbed Matt at Ocean Air who was INCREDIBLE!! He spent an hour or more methodically testing every possible failure (18 engine codes were firing), alongside the totally helpful Carquest employees, Dorothy and Daniel. In the end he got us diagnosed, fixed and back on the road. It could have been a miserable day of towing to the dealer and expensive estimates but instead we were MacGyver'd up with a giant cable tie (wiring harness failed) and salvaged a day at the beach. Completely above and beyond service in every way. Both businesses under the same owner. Thanks guys!!”

“I came into oc on vacation and my alternator broke. Tried call advance auto parts, but I was on hold for 30 minutes. When I got through, they said there system was down. So I called carquest and talked to Jason. He ordered my part for the next morning . when I got there the pully was wrong. He let me use there tools to change it in the store. Then he gave me and my wife a ride back to the hotel so I could get up and running. Jason is a first class person who went above and beyond what he had to do. I would highly recommend this store.”
