The gas pump didn't automatically shut off when it was full and flooded my car and the ground. When I went in to speak to a worker about it, I was told, "nothing they could do". They didn't even shut down the pump or offer me a reimbursement for the wasted premium gas.

4 chicken tenders 9$ and BBQ sauce 0.7$. They had no fries so none of meal offers were available. A bit expensive but tasty.

As a loyal Royal Farmer I can't give a 1 out of 5 stars. However I was rather disappointed in my recent visit. I woke up, and decided lets start this day off with some world famous chicken, I'd later find out this wouldn't go the way I had planned. I ordered a 5pc tender meal with the western fries and biscuit. And immediately after ordering I was alerted by a strong voice in the back "we ain't got tenders", followed by an echo saying "and no biscuits", quickly followed by another saying "no fries either". I'm not upset by the lack of inventory. I recognize product may not be available. What I found to be disappointing was the lack of effort put forth to alert the customers prior to selection. I ordered next to a family of 7 who was going to encounter the same issues as me. Just a little bit of forethought to have a paper with the inventory crisis laid out. Or update the software to show what is and isn't available. Just some suggestions.

Great place to get affordable fresh brewed coffee and friendly staff here too! Love the self checkout and bright led lighting in the aisles. Had enough of Starbucks $3 for a black coffee and it takes 20 minutes and is cold when you get it.

With their rapid growth in the past few years royal farms has totally fallen apart in the quality that made them great. Seems like it's also a systemic issue that royal farms seem to have the slowest gas pumps on the east coast (see vid)

Fried chicken is delicious!!! I like their potato wedges when their available also. If you're looking for a place with good fried chicken this is the place to go!! Prices are high but wheww its well worth it!!
