Dale was not only extremely friendly, he was knowledgeable and extremely helpful as well. We have had a space there for a year and a half and we needed more space so Dale worked w us to be able to get a second unit conveniently. Very easy to get the storage locker. No long term lease. Very clean. Communication with them was easy and prompt. Nothing bad to say.

Extremely frustrated by on line registration and payment.Called phone # of sales center as facility is closed(a lot). Person on phone could not answer questions and even when I asked her to speak to her manager, the manager was in a meeting.Really? I told how frustrated I was and I knew she wanted to get off the phone and it was obvious that I was getting no answers

Dale is phenomenal! He is super helpful and knows what he’s doing. I needed a unit that was drive up and Dale contacted me when that was available. I moved from a 5x10 inside unit to a drive up 10x10 unit today.
