“They have the product here, but trying to find someone and waiting for help is awful. This Lowe's is so short staffed so the skeleton crew on this Tuesday morning is dismal. I'm watching people moving at a snails pace. The ones actually doing a great job must feel the spiral in productivity.
They should rename this store, Low's.

“1st time dealing w/ them & super impressed ! Purchased RV bathroom faucet & small items … EVERYONE there although ( even though busy at the time ) was knowledgeable, helpful, & courteous. They took the time to explain installation & even small helpful details. Next day when putting it in I called having difficulty on removing old one … AGAIN they were very very helpful reassuring & encouraging with small helpful ideas. We got the job done thankfully to them.They have a good selection of RV parts and helpful on decision making. The wife & I will be back soon, just to shop ! Thank you Brass Sales… ????
