DON'T GET A CAR FROM HERE!!! They're nice in your face long enough for you to trust them and they WON'T let you test drive their vehicles. They won't help you with ANYTHING once you leave the lot. I brought a car from them back in December and 20 minutes after leaving the lot I broke down. I called the dealership back and told them what happen; the only response I got was "you have a really good warranty so use it". I ended up taking my vehicle to an actual dealership to get it checked over and that dealership got in contact with East Coast Motors. Now all of a sudden East Coast Motors is willing to pay for the diagnosis test and the issues that the vehicle is having. I haven't even had the vehicle for 30 days which is the sad, but the fact that it took another dealership to make them pay for these mechanical issues speaks volumes to me. When I asked for help I got nothing. Trust and believe I'll NEVER get another vehicle from them. NEVER.

Best car buying experience ever! Finding a trustworthy car dealer is like finding a unicorn, and Buster at East Coast Motorcars, Inc. in Felton is a man worthy of that renown.
I recently purchased a vehicle there and found the owner and his wife to be very pleasant, down to earth folks who were a pleasure to deal with. Buster kept his word to me and was very straightforward in all aspects of the deal. This is the type of person I want to do business with.

Buster and Nancy are great! From the moment I walked in the door the first thing I noticed was the friendly atmosphere. Buster is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and very upfront and honest. He made this a very easy choice for me to want to buy a vehicle here. He wanted to be sure what I was looking at was going to be what my family needed, as well as what I wanted and I could not be any happier with my purchase. Class act all the way!
