1st time dealing w/ them & super impressed ! Purchased RV bathroom faucet & small items … EVERYONE there although ( even though busy at the time ) was knowledgeable, helpful, & courteous. They took the time to explain installation & even small helpful details. Next day when putting it in I called having difficulty on removing old one … AGAIN they were very very helpful reassuring & encouraging with small helpful ideas. We got the job done thankfully to them.They have a good selection of RV parts and helpful on decision making. The wife & I will be back soon, just to shop ! Thank you Brass Sales… ????

Dealt with this company for years I personally will never come back to this place ever again bought the AC unit brought it back two hours later wrong one I needed after I told them all dimensions of my mobile home would not return it or exchange it because the box was wet because it was raining out side for years I have dealt with this company I will never deal with it again after this edited after reply that’s a lie I was told to sell the unit on Facebook and that’s the only thing I was told

I recommend Brass Sales. I just used them again for new tires for my trailer. They are great in customer service and reasonably priced. This is my third time using them and have been very pleased each time!

Great little RV and trailer store. I was looking for a replacement railing and they had one in stock (little older model, but it worked for my purposes), they gave me a great price and the salesman even put it in the car or me. 5 stars..thanks guys!!

Took my 6'x12' trailer in for repairs. I was taken care of right away and everyone was very helpful. They knew exactly what I needed and ordered all my parts quickly. I have used them before and will use them again.
