“Overall, my experience was very quick, easy, and as painless as buying a new vehicle can be. Sanaa was very helpful and the manager was also forthcoming with information when asked. The one thing I wished could have been better was knowing more about the specific pieces of paperwork that we had to sign. I’ve been through this process before, but we were buying for someone who’s never had their own vehicle before and they felt like they were just roped along without fully understanding the process. A new buyer may prefer more handholding. Otherwise, I will definitely consider CARMART, specifically this location, in the future.”

He made sure everything with my car was good for me to get back-and-forth to work. He called and did follow-ups, when I needed additional repairs he sent me to a mechanic that was nearby my home, and even sent me an email and a text on my birthday! I immediately noticed how kind and open to how I wanted things done on my car. Most places you feel rushed and like your concerns are not being heard, not at Eurohaus. They did a complete suspension rebuild, coilover install, and tire mount for my Crossfire. I could not be happier with how my car looks and handles. The turnaround time was quick, the only issues were on my end by not providing the correct parts. It’s not the cheapest work, but I did not want cheap work done. I wanted professionals to do their thing the right way when it comes to safety. Absolutely phenomenal work by the crew over there, I could not praise them enough, 10/10 would recommend!!”

“I had the best first experience buying my first truck a 24 ram and I'm glad I went to David Dodge.. Salesman Chris was very friendly and very helpful. I couldn't thank him enough and he got my trade in paid off in full so I didn't owe nothing on car I traded in.. I definitely reccomend this dealership and Chris the salesman..So if your ready for a new car go there and ask for Chris you Def won't be disappointed..And the finance guy Jeff Rubin is a man of his word when we were getting application done all local banks were closed so I had to go with a non local bank that the interest rate was high.. “I must admit that I was extremely weary of buying a used car. The last time I purchased a used car was when I was a teenager. But my family we needed a second car. So, by chance we happened to drive by and saw this Range Rover and we stopped and met the salesman, John. He was extremely helpful especially working with the financial institution that I was working with. So, we did have a minor problem, the battery had to be replaced. And usually when you buy a used car it is an as is condition. So I was introduced to Lee Price the General Manager. Let me tell you something, this man is such a professional. He completely worked with me. To get the battery replaced. Other than that, the car rides great. I strongly recommend this place. “Mark Bell the sales rep and Ally the business officer person did a very good job, both helping me get the truck I wanted from TX and arranging transaction and DMV-related administration. There were some minor initial glitches with Carmax's software, we thought the truck had been sold out from under us when in fact it was just being held for me... it was labelled as "sold" then later "unavailable". Once it came to the Newark DE branch, everything went smoothly and so far the truck is running quite well. We'll see how the Service department does with it next week on some issues that should be covered under warranty, hopefully things will go well. The 125 point inspection and 3 month/4000 mi warranty give me greater assurance of a sound vehicle, as opposed to buying from a random private seller. If Carmax continues to perform well, I'll recommend the company to others.”
“In response to Sharon, I am very sorry you are unhappy at this time but you purchased your vehicle back in November 2019 and you had a concern of a check engine light on. You brought the vehicle in the next week we fixed the problem at no cost to you. You needed the vehicle and asked you to take your vehicle thru inspection at your earliest convenience. 6 months has gone by and you moved to Maryland. We took the vehicle thru inspection as promised. There are wear and tear issues that need to be addressed and you refuse to pay for the issues. We have done exactly as promised!”
