I have a sports wagon that I started taking here after my warranty ended with the dealer - worse mistake. Loves the car and wanted to keep for as long as possible. Since these guys start servicing my car I now hate it, and afraid to drive the car. First they said I needed belt, now I can't drive the car through a puddle of water without it screening and wanting to stall out. My engine now is leaking everywhere - literally. Note that all these started happening after I began taking the car to them. They also seem to have to fix everything they do twice. Now I have to start taking my car back to dealer. A huge price to pay for cut-rate repairs. Do yourself a favor, stay away from these guys if you like your car. They are dangerous!!

I knew I needed brakes a few months ago and totally put it off until a horrible grinding noise started, that didn't sound like something I could ignore. I'm gone for about 12 hours Monday-Friday so it's really important for me to have a mechanic with weekend availability. I contacted Monro for an appointment based off of other reviews I saw online and they confirmed my appointment through email very fast. The gentleman working at the counter was extremely nice & helpful. I was able to walk home because I live 2 blocks away, within a couple of minutes of walking in my door, they were calling me with an assessment. I ended up needing brakes AND rotors because I waited so long to get the repair done. I was able to download a coupon for $20 off on their website and that helped me a lot since I wasn't anticipating needing new rotors. I called about 20 minutes before they closed to see if it was ready and the same nice employee informed they were just about to test drive, so that I'd be good to head over. While walking, I saw my car drive down the road and the mechanic picked me up! I took the test drive with him and he was able to explain to me why the rotors needed replacing & also what else my car was needing done. At no point was anyone pushy and from what I can tell, the price I paid was in line. You can't really beat the service I received and as long as I'm living 2 blocks away or even in the area, I will remain a customer at Monro.

Great customer service, definitely going back if I need anything else done. Very quick and professional. Gentlemen at the front desk was very nice. Only complaint is there oil changes are not 15.99, they have fees and the actual cost is like 25 dollars.

Your not in the business to disappoint?? That's exactly what you did when none of your staff failed to even show up. And apparently you didn't read my entire review either - you had my phone number. Rather than call to give me an explanation you choose instead to respond here. Clearly you have no grasp of basic customer service either. Negative 5 stars.

I've been coming to this location for years and had 3 cars worked on, I'm NEVER going back because of unprofessionalism and lying. The very young minded boy at the desk lied about scheduling an oil change appointment, Very rude and had a female in the workshop on her phone. I guess that's why he wasn't taking anyone else. I wish I could give them half a star!
