Not only did they take over 4 months and left me with a rental bill, I got my car back in worse shape than it went it. I've made a little large list of sufff that they messed up.

Sheridan Nissan is a great place to shop for any Nissan car or truck. My wife has had 2 Nissan vehicles...1st was a Nissan Murano...2nd one (which she still has...2011) runs like a top. I, I have a 2021 Nissan Frontier extended cab...also runs like a top. I had ford's all my life...now all Nissans. Bob Knowlton is our salesman at the intersection of rt 13 and 273. Highly recommended salesman and dealership. Service department is well run.

I have nothing but great things to say about Sheridan Auto Body here in Elsmere, DE. It was an unfortunate auto accident that lead me to do business with these guys for the 1st time. The other (at fault) drivers insurance is Progressive, who recommended this location as a preferred vendor for the service. I knew immediately after my first conversation with Andrew Pataki (Body Shop Manager) that I’d have a stellar experience from start to finish.My 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty was brought back to life by these guys In just a few short weeks. The only minuscule oversight was that a sensor for the exterior temp gauge was not re-connected prior to picking up my repaired work truck. I returned a few weeks later after noticing the issue & Andrew P. went over and beyond to make sure things were done right!I highly recommend Sheridan Auto Body for any & all types of automotive repairs !Services: Tires

Very sloppy. They had my car for over 6 months and I STILL have damage, damage that had nothing to do with my original accident.

ZERO START RATING IF POSSIBLE !!!! I took my car in to get the side repaired and painted but when I got the car back their painter Jess she informed me that she “didn’t notice she didn’t pull out the dent on my side rocker”( leaving a gap so big my side skirt looks like if I hit a bump will fly off. I explained to her “ok well I need that fixed because that’s what I paid you for not a half assed job “ she then told me she would fix it for me when I get my bumper painted in October. When I verified with Jess the date to paint my bumper and fix my side rocker that SHE NEVER FIXED THE FIRST TIME AND I PAID HER FOR your employee told me to go F MYSELF and she wasn’t fixing anything for me.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! I just want my car fixed like I paid for or half my money back since she only did half the work right ! I’m HIGHLY FURIOUS WITH THIS WHOLE SITUATION AND WANT IT RESOLVED ! DUANE SHOULD OF NEVER LET HER DO A SIDE HUSTLE IN THE FIRST PLACE SO I DONT WANT TO HEAR THE WHOLE THE BUSINESS DIDNT KNOW DUANE KNEW HE HAD TO OPEN THE BUSINESS UP FOR THE WEEKENDS SO SHE COULD MAKE SIDE MONEY. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOU GUYS TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN ! THANK YOUR START PAINTER

Initially a great experience getting work done, however a few weeks after getting work done a part fell off. I personally had replaced this part prior to having work done and found that when the piece came off that they had replaced it (did not need to be replaced with a cheaper stock part) and charged for the replacement. When I took my vehicle back, they wanted to charge me again to replace the part that they had put on my vehicle.Service: Body & Trim
