Third time we stopped here on our way to Ocean City. Every time it’s been a joke. The pump locked my card for no reason. Then the contactless pay doesn’t work. I went inside and the cashier said we can’t do “fill it up” on a credit card. ? I had to ask him how I am supposed to get gas then? He said I had to give him a set amount. ??♀️ Lead with that, sir.
Bathrooms are beyond disgusting. ?

This has to be the most unsanitary and disgusting Royal Farms I've ever been to, and as a truck driver, I've been to a hundred.
Don't even stop here for the bathroom. It's ankle deep in urine and wall to wall with human feces. Permanently overflowing and clogged toilet.
I don't even want to touch the door handles on the way out of here.

One of the dirtiest restrooms I have ever had to use (my children needed a potty break). There were flies everywhere and hubby said Men’s bathroom was worse with feces and exponentially more flies everywhere, and there was no soap in men’s restroom either. If that’s the restroom situation, I don’t want to know what the kitchen looks like. Nope.

Everytime we stop here on our way camping and on the return trip it is terrible. The hand dryer in the ladies room never works. Today there weren't even any paper towels. Told an employee and his answer was, "don't tell me I'm not on the clock go tell someone else". Way to treat your customers.

Worst Royal Farms I’ve ever been to. 3:30 PM on a Monday, place is packed, stood in line for over 20 minutes to use cash, while two employees stood behind the counter without checking people out. Then went to fill my car, tried to wash off my windshield, but every single station was bone dry and half of them didn’t have squeegees. Pick the Exxon across the street.

So I ordered some chicken tenders and western fries. Went to fill a large cup with soda when the deli girl screams at me saying sir sir make sure you oay for your order! What the hell kind of customer service is that? Unless you want to be labeled a thief, don't spend your money here

We eat here 3 to 4 times a week. Tonight the employee ( a large man dripping with sweat) came out of the back room and throws his hands up. I asked him if he was alright. His reply was NO I'm not alright. I'm by myself tonight and people keep coming in ordering freaking food. I told him to cancel my order. I would go to a different RoFo and left. This is unacceptable behavior for a convenience store employee. The people that order the freaking food are the reason you have a job!

Friendly entree and a cashier lady worked well for me. Harshly and in a racist way, I don't understand why the behavior only asked for a receipt for my gas and I felt offended

Nope. Don’t do it. Walked in, happy to get our RF chicken for the road, grabbed drinks (well stocked) and got 1/2 the order, set it down, and 2 baby roaches crawled out. I’ve worked in food. Total red flag there’s infestation. Whole bag of food right in the trash & I can’t afford to do that.
