Very unorganized sales reps that conflict with each others info they are providing the customer! Nothing is consistent! It was so bad over 3 visits there that we decided to stay with T-Mobile

Went in store and got wifi( all i wanted was wifi) when going through my plan in store the xfinity employee informed me that I would only be paying for wifi, she ended up adding a "voice" line to my bill which would cost me $30 more per month. I just got off the phone with customer service trying to set up my modem router and thankfully the gentleman confirmed my plan with me and informed me that i was paying for a phone line("voice")... I canceled that and he set me up with a new order. A little sketch if you ask me.

It was crowded during my visit, but the staff consistently gave great service, and my wait was short. Very surprising and grateful for everyone there.

Horrible customer service. Staff not as knowledgeable. Extremely long wait times. Manager checked us in and several customers that came after me were helped before me. Had to go back to the front desk to remind them I was still waiting. Seems the manage didn’t check me in after all.

Oh I'm just pissed that you have to pay online and can't call in ... well you can call in to try and speak to an actual person however you'll get constantly pushed to get a text message sent to your phone for a link to go online because their customer service representative very busy ?? EVERYDAY THOUGH??? LOL I want to pay and whomever is making it harder, ??? lord fix it lmao ? I would either settle for automated instead I have to go online and sign in to be recognized even though my information is there when I call from the house phone??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️ please make it sense

The only reason I am forced to use Xfinity, is so my roommate can transfer his FIOS internet services to my account before he moves out.Constant connection dropping, terrible speeds, 5ghz channel keeps disappearing from my computer entirely for about half an hour multiple times a day, and customer service reps are never good at english so understanding anything is impossible.Once my roommate gets his services transferred to me, I will never touch xfinity again.

Moving to Dover? Do yourself a favor and get FIOs/TMobile/GoogleFi/literally anyone else instead ... My Xfinity connection drops every day, sometimes multiple times a day, always when I am working remotely or during telehealth appointments. Would you pay $75 a month for internet that doesn't work? I wouldn't and you shouldn't. Get a different provider.When I lived down here before, my FiOS wifi had no issue... Cannot say the same for Xfinity.(And what do you know, my internet dropped again while I was typing up my review)

Used to pay my bill over the phone now they done changed that so either you have to setup a online account or go to the store to pay. I think that it's totally wrong what they did for the elderly people or disabled people. Some people don't have computers or know how to do that. But want to charge high prices for what cuz the service is not worth it. You need to do better

This company is trash!! The call center employees are trash with no respect, no honesty what so ever!!! There's got to be another cable option because these guys are over priced and unprofessional. I see why they won't let you speak to anyone, they just fleece you and move you along like sheep! Can't even get a direct answer then when you speak to someone through text they act like they have no idea what you'd talking about!
