Scheduled outages are a joke,I think there's more working from home now,so what does xfinity do? They schedule outages during the week,working hours.how about weekends? And try to get a better grasp of outage times and durations,

I don’t know what the employees actually do here. There is usually a minimum of 15 people waiting to be helped and at most 1 employee to help them, if they decide to be on the floor. It took almost 5 hours to simply trade in 2 phones for upgrades. The woman who helped us, Toshownda or something, was nice enough but the rest of the employees just hide in the back. There was one gentleman who brought water out for everyone waiting which was the only helpful thing I experienced. I’d rather deal with a non working phone than deal with this place again.

I recently went in to the Xfinity in Dover DE wirh issues with my phone I went in before noon and did not wait very long I had the best tech/ salesman, Bernard Keys Jr. I had been thinking of upgrading my phone. He explained the issues with my phone so I did upgrade to the S24 and with their great deals was able to get a samsung watch and My monthly cost is a very reasonable price. Bernard was wonderful and guided me through the process he was so patient with me as I am not all that tech savvy. He is a real asset to Comcast!

CABLE IS A RIP OFF ANYMORE
So, We went in today to get a few questions answered. We sat for almost an hour while people came and went. We had to end up calling Comcast customer service to get my issue resolved. When we asked why we were getting skipped, the person sitting in the front seemed to get annoyed with my wife for asking. Then he told us that the lady that cut in front of us was there earlier and had to leave, so now she came back and had priority over our issues and concerns. Meanwhile, another booth was open for a minute or so, and we were not called. SO WE LEFT.... WHICH I AM PLANNING ON DITCHING CABLE ANYWAY. THEY KEEP RAISING PRICES.. ¤¤¤ TV STATIONS CHARGE COMCAST TO STREAM, AND COMCAST CHARGES YOU ALSO TO USE THE STREAMING.. REGARDLESS WHETHER YOU STREAM OR NOT....

Very unorganized sales reps that conflict with each others info they are providing the customer! Nothing is consistent! It was so bad over 3 visits there that we decided to stay with T-Mobile
Update: Cancelled their expensive cable service which is a small car payment!!!!!! No thanks!!!!
