Wasn't there but just had phone call from this rt 8 location from employee with accent that was very very offensive. I will also report this to banking commission and if you record your telemarketer phone calls for training purposes like most companies I would like for the manager of this location to review the phone call.

Have had issues with WSFS over the years but they have always been resolved by the staff at this branch. I try to go to this one over the other branches.

I can tolerate long drive through teller waits. One branch (this one by the way) never has a teller at the window and you have to ring them to have someone come over. They take your deposits and walk off to the front of the bank and not come back for quite a while. Another has tellers that sit right next to the window but actively ignore you for 10 minutes until you have to ring them and make sure they see you. I can not tolerate them mishandling my finances. Check that was ATM deposited on Thursday night did not get cleared until the following Tuesday. Mind that this is a pay check (usually cleared almost immediately by most major banks) and same paycheck from the same bank has been deposited into this account for last four years. Even though the system was set up to alert me that the funds were low, it never happened. Of course there was an overdraft on eight payments that went out and they hit me with eight $35 fees. When I contacted them, they agreed to credit two of them but I still had to eat the other 6. When asked what ever happened to my overdraft protection that I set up initially I was told that it was never set up. What is the point of having a savings account in the same bank and not have it set up. So I am paying for mistakes that other people have made. When I told them that I am leaving their bank they did not mind whatsoever. Tells you how much they care about their customers.
