My experience with Winner Volkswagen couldn't have be better. I purchased a used vehicle and traded in my SUV and the process was seamless. Quest (sale rep) and the staff were friendly and professional. After I noticed there was a cosmetic issue after I purchased the vehicle I called the dealership and Jiancarlos fixed the issue. I can't be more satisfied.

I purchased my Subaru Forester in Sept 2023. My car buying experience with Tiyanna was a lot less stressful. She explained everything and answered every question I had. She knows Subaru cars very well and even told us the history of the name Winner. Very impressed. She was courteous, atttentive and very professional. Enjoyed doing business with her.

The Staff at Winner were very proffesional, polite and understood my request to keep my monthly payments manageable.As a 65 yr old who is two years away from retiring I needed to keep my payment manageable so that I am not cash strapped and car poor after I retire, the sales associate Quest understood this and worked very hard to get me where I wanted to be. Much qudos and thanks to Quest.

We had such a wonderful experience at Winner VW! I leased a 2024 Atlas and went in knowing what I wanted.Mikayla Harrington was phenomenal to work with. She was knowledgeable, sweet and took the time to work with us and explain the details of the process and the features of the car. We will definitely be coming back to Winner!

I was getting new tires installed at Sam's Club and the tire center told me that they could not get the lug bolts off - that they had been over tightened. The over tightened lug bolts were not due to Winner, but instead to a different tire center in Maryland that had done the last rotation. Winner loosened the lugs for no charge - just in time for me to go back to Sam's Club in Dover to have the new tires installed at 5pm. Did I mention it was at 4:45 pm on a Friday and that Winner did the work, and that they did not charge me for service? Really thankful for the help and I will recommend service at Winner VW to my friends.

The service at this store is extremely poor, and there is no warranty provided. I purchased two new cars, but they refused to cover anything under warranty. Although they appear knowledgeable, they charge exorbitant prices. For instance, instead of fixing a simple oil filter leak for $4, they insisted on a $100 oil change (even though I had recently changed the oil, and it was still in good condition). Moreover, they charged $150 for auto diagnostics to identify the filter leak even is appear easily, and I ended up paying $250 since the warranty had expired. I strongly recommend against wasting your money on this facility.

My 2016 golf gti that had an unexpected issue on a part that was on an extended warranty list, a part that is know to fail, all symptoms pointed to this part being the issue. Volkswagen continuously persisted that I had to replace my entire fuel tank system which would run me near 4k dollars. This was after replacing a charcoal canister diagnosed by vw, they only change that part because it is "the cheaper option" so they change that first. Called corporate and explained my issues, spoke to the regional manager who was also blind to my claims. I was also informed that I would receive a loaner vehicle, never received a loaner vehicle. The technician didn't even understand what the part does in the fuel tank and told me it would not have any effect on my issue. I took it to a different shop and told them my issue and asked them to replace the 20 dollar part. They replaced the part and my car works perfectly. Would not recommend this Volkswagen dealer to anyone looking for service.

Ken was amazing in the process of purchasing my vehicle. From start to finish I was completely satisfied. I was able to get the car I wanted with little money down and affordable monthly payments. Make sure to check Winner VW out if you happen to be in the area of delaware shopping for a vehicle, make sure to ask for Ken.

Very helpful and communicative service department. The ease of setting up a 80K VW service online was followed up by the staff calling to confirm the mileage and vin # on the car. Everyone was professional and kind, ensuring the vehicle would receive all the required maintenance for the 80K miles, we have put on the car.This was also the first time we have used the Winner VW Valet Service. For $35 dollars, a driver would come to your home or work and pick up the vehicle and return it to you, after the service was complete. Outstanding service! Very impressive staff! Positive marks, across the board! Thank you! Oh yeah….car runs great!

I recently purchased a 2023 Taos from Winner VW and had a great experience. The general manager of the building Sean made sure I was being taken care of during the sale and I appreciated that. Fernando and Quest were great to work with, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Les was great and even informed me that the 20k checkup had been done at my previous visit so I didn't need to do all the same checks again only 5k miles later (I was coming in for a small tire leak but chose that service online not remembering I had already done it). So he was able to save me a couple hundred dollars by just doing an oil change and patching my tire. Thanks Les!

From the time that Ken Adjocy held the door open for my husband and I I knew we were in good hands. Ken is professional, knowledgeable and patient. He was able to find the perfect ID 4 for me. I hate the car buying experience but Ken made me comfortable and not rushed or forced. Having the car delivered was the icing on the cake.

Les was my service consultant and he was great! I have actually been a customer at this dealership since it was called Dover Volkswagen and owned by different people. Let me tell you what a difference it is now! I was given an explanation of what was going to be done, anytime I had a question I not only received a verbal explanation but I also received a visual explanation on an actual vehicle in the garage, a minor problem arose and I was immediately prompted and shown what they found, I was told how long the services were going to take and they actually took less than the amount of time, a recall popped up when I arrived and it was explained and the time to have it done was explained to me, the staff were very courteous and knowledgeable, the facility was clean and comfortable. Les gave me updates on the status of my vehicle’s progress. I had the opportunity to use their shuttle service and the driver, Charlie, was very prompt (and courteous) in dropping me off and picking me up. Afterwards, I received an overview of the charges then an explanation about the next service to come in the future (which was very helpful to know). Very well done! (Everything I have said in this list was never done for me in other dealerships before and it is amazing to finally have an experience such as the one I had). Keep it up!
