I went to last Saturday to do regular maintenance despite my appointment was marked as drop off, I was surprised and frustrated because I used to get this regular maintenance and wait till it get done, I did not ask for drop off appointment when I asked to schedule the service but Amanda took care of this issue and it was done I reasonable time, thank you Amanda

Having recently moved to Lewes Delaware from Bethlehem, where I dealt with Lehigh Valley Hyundai I was used to an outstanding service department. I have been an owner of a Hyundai for over 10 years and Winner Hyundai in Dover will be the reason that I do not purchase another Hyundai. The body shop was outstanding, but I would rate the service department at sub par at best. Steer clear!!!

Sean was an amazing salesperson. Our experience buying a car with him was by far the best experience we’ve ever had at a car dealership. We almost bought from Carvana because we didn’t want the hassle of dealing with a salesperson, but Sean was absolutely amazing, patient, and not pushy at all. We came into the dealership to look at a specific Santa Fe, and when Sean realized that car had already been sold, he went through all other available options with us to ensure we found something we loved. He was patient with us and thoroughly explained all features of the car, as well as all steps of the process. The financial manager we worked with, Brandon, was also incredibly helpful and thoroughly explained everything in our paperwork. No one was pushy or tried to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. Overall, it was a really wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Winner Hyundai to anyone else who is looking to purchase a Hyundai!
