“Located in an historic building in downtown Dover, Delaware, the lobby has an old world feel. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. A visit is reminiscent of the past. Being a regional bank, versus one of the enormous insensitive banks, Citizens is community oriented. You will enjoy doing business with them.”

“I had tried to open a joint savings acct at Wells Fargo online. It said I could only open an individual, not joint acct. Tried to open the individual acct - entered all data asked for, but it said I was missing data (without telling me what was missing) and that I would have to make an appt and come in. I called to make an appt and my call never got answered.Went online to Citizens - opened a joint acct easily. At one point I hit a back arrow and lost all data I'd entered!! I called and got helped by Burgess Bent, who was able to retrieve my data, and stayed online until my acct was established, and showed great patience with me.Added bonus - TWO nearby locations vs one for Wells Fargo if I need to go in person.”
