I came in to get three piercings changed and put a new ring in the piercings. They got me back quickly. The person changing out my jewelry was really nice but I had to ask her to sanitize my jewelry because she was about to put in jewelry without sanitizing my ear or the jewelry. Everything was fine until she got to my nose piercing. Before she put my new jewelry in my nose my jewelry had all the diamonds and they were perfectly fine but right after I looked at the new ring in my nose it was missing a diamond. I asked her I said does it look like I’m missing a diamond and she said she cannot tell if I am or not and then I continued to say I am missing a diamond and she said you have to be careful with Piercing pagoda jewelry even though I paid $80 for it. So I got new jewelry the very next day and the office was trying to charge me again because they said it was not their fault the diamond came out during her completing her service. Which I don’t care about the $5 I paid but own up to you breaking my nose ring. And the front desk continued to say you can put it yourself. So that was very Sarcastic and not necessary. I’m very unhappy with the experience and Especially when I called with my concerns. I will not be going back.

Late review but I had my tongue peirced back in October, the 23rd, and everything went very smoothly. It was done quickly by a very nice lady. She wore gloves and a mask and everything was very clean. I squirmed a little and she didn't seem to mind at all. Healing went very well and im very happy with it. Everyone was kind and welcoming! Recommended my friend to them

The whole ordeal was great, front desk was a sweetheart, piercer was super sweet and professional. Also a need to mention, they run a very clean shop from what I could tell, granted I wasn't in their long since they got to me super fast.
Probably gonna come back and get another. I would and will recommend them to anyone who asks about piercings and where to get them around here.
Also I'm not sure who does the review replies but keep doing your thing. I love how sassy you are and I mean that genuinely (in the nicest way possible).

I really do hope in the future they start allowing people to book online rather than in person. It’s not 2001 it’s 2024 people book online now. Also put on social media when you guys are all booked up for the week or even days when people can do walk ins. It causes an inconvenience on the customer not even knowing any available dates to book. I hope you take this as constructive criticism.

Mikayla was awesome. My sister and I both were walk ins she got septum pierced and I got a rook piercing and the side of my nose pierced. She was quick, very nice , and professional. She let us know that the piercing take X amount of time to heal and we should take a picture of the aftercare poster on our way out. Whole interaction took about 10 minutes!! Will be back for sure !

I came and got my septum done and got my sister the other side of her nose done ... very professional very clean and sterile environment peircer makayla "not sure if I spelled that right" was very professional and comforting it was a great experience and my septum is healing great thanks
