While SWIFT is a Mega carrier I observed a highly efficient smaller less shuffel than expected.The staff worked well together at making you feel welcomed as they focused their attention to safety.Totally different than the wrongful stigma fostered of the company by their rivals.I noticed during my OTR accidents involving privately owned trucks, it seems to me that the majority were from experienced drivers who become too complacent.SWIFT ACTIONS speak louder than words...truckers for truckers is their taking inexperienced truckers and giving them exposure... the majority who seem to down play SWIFT are often the same who don't want inexperienced drivers or team members.American goods are largely on the road at affordable rates because of companies like SWIFT.

This pharmacy is terrible! Had two RX sent to this location. Waited extremely long line. Pharmacy Technician seemed to not know what she was doing (young girl, red hair) told us she didn't see it and to come back in an hour. We got breakfast and came back, waited in another long line, saw the actual pharmacist (dark hair, mustache). He told us she (pharmacy technician) didn't put in my daughters profile and it would be another hour. No apologies, just an oh well. I called the doctor and let them know and to try to send it in once more, just in case. My daughter needs the RX because her infection was so bad (MRSA) it may be in her bloodstream. Went back and the pharmacy was closed down for break! Asked the Walgreens manager (overweight white guy) was the pharmacy closed and he had an attitude and said very stern NO! They never told us they close down and take the break. Now we have waited over 3 hours. Went back in to watch the same pharmacist come back in 3 minutes late from break and still waited in another long line. Not sure why they are so unorganized, to not have separate lines for people that are picking up/checking in, seeing that they have plenty of staff! It's one long line for everything! After waiting for 15 minutes the lady at the counter (overweight lady with blonde hair) said yeah we are working on it with an attitude because they just came back from lunch and would not tell us a time. She finally said with attitude 10 -15 minutes. I've never been to a pharmacy that is so unorganized, confused, and unapologetic. I will never come back to this pharmacy or this Walgreens and I advise everyone to do the same! My review is actually zero stars, extremely terrible.

Super under staff . Waited 45 mins to just be asked to ask to come back to the pharmacy. When they had called me the medicine was ready the day before. N the staff that help me was short with his answers n was a bit rude n looked stressed out . Definitely cannot recommend this store to any one

Customer service is absolutely horrendous. A visit on phone or in person gets you the same treatment. Their "system" doesn't remember an order i put in two days ago, and now it's almost impossible to talk to anyone about it. It always feels like they're just screwing you. And they are.

Looking for a pharmacy to buy your medicine? This is not the one!!!! Sadly I join the many other reviews that state how bad this place is run and I am referring specifically to the pharmacy. Only when I arrived at 8 am did I not have to wait in a very long line. Drive-through is no better. Everything behind the counter seems in chaos and as I stood in line today I watched the frenzied searches for the envelopes with the prescriptions. Can't explain why there is always such a long line even with 2 folks at the counter. Have decided to move all my prescriptions to another pharmacy and be done with this place.

This place is terrible. Pharmacy hours are terrible. Pharmacy drive-through is unpredictable. Always short-handed. I recommend going somewhere else.

This pharmacy sucks. Everytime I come here the line is insane. The people working at the pharmacy are a bunch of disorganized brainless mutants. DO NOT COME HERE!

The pharmacy sucks in every way you could think of. I'm not sure how many people if at all decided to go to Walgreens and make a formal complaint. I'm sure there's enough to go around for them to pay attention to the fact the service back there is bottom of the barrel. I understand things get backed up sometimes, but for it to be on a daily basis for the entirety of the time they're open is just ridiculous.

Pharmacy line 10 deep for the last hour. Handicapped man left window after not having his order completed for less than 2 minutes then called over speaker. Once returned to the window told to go back to the line. Rediculas. Appointment for my childs covid shot made to wait in same long line.

The last three times I’ve felt with this Walgreens, it’s been a mess. Not having a record of my appointment for a Covid booster and twice with having not record of prescriptions called in by the hospital or a Dr’s office. This is in addition to ungodly waits in both the drive through and inside. People sitting in the drive through at the window or standing at the counter to wait for their prescriptions to be filled so they do t have to wait in line again and the staff not doing anything about it so others don’t have to wait so long just to pickup their prescriptions. There has to be a better pharmacy in the area.

Delaware says mask mandate, Walgreens says NO more drive thru!! Ridiculous trying to get meds from here. 40 minute wait EVERY time (At least) switch to a better pharmacy. My opinion.
