Husband had to get new phone they had no cases or chargers didn't want to down load the old phone. Had to to go back a week later. Couldn't call out.

Whoever Tom is at this location is the absolute worst sales -associate ever! First of all he greeted me like what was I doing there, then put me in the queue to walk up to some white dude who was already being helped and then once he realize that guy was already being helped, he comes over to me and basically treats me like he didn’t have time to help me. I went in to pre-order the iPhone 15 however, I was not aware of all the different colors so when I asked him to see them he acted as if I was asking him to bring iPhone 15s out the front and he couldn’t pull them up on his computer again he just acted like he didn’t have time for me as a customer and I was literally in and out of that store without getting any help within three minutes and told to go to Apple to get the phone.

I just went in to fix a problem on my phone. The young man was very helpful, and he fixed my problem. The store is very clean as well.

Walked in on time with an appointment at 5 and was approached with an attitude right when I walked through the door. I thought okay it’s fine everyone has their off days but this sales associate Ken was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Terrible attitude, sighing, didn’t ask me how my day was or anything just straight rude. He left me about 1/4 of the way to do things to my new phone on my own and went to help another lady across the room. It would have been okay that he was helping both of us but he literally didn’t check on me all but maybe two times (once to just give me my receipt). I ended up asking a different worker who was busy for help because I wasn’t sure what I was doing and had been left alone for 30 minutes. Not to mention I wasn’t thanked and this was my first week with Verizon!!! Switching back to AT&T now. Don’t recommend going there at all.

Had the displeasure of interacting with Ken today who tried to sell services and phones that wouldn’t work for our situation which was fully explained as soon as we got there.He was so confident in the information he was incorrectly providing to try and get us to upgrade our phones and had a bad attitude. Thankfully I was able to confirm my original understanding with Verizon customer service; they also put tickets in for our main request which Ken said they didn’t do/need to do. Not happy with Ken’s poor salesman and customer service approach with long term Verizon customers.

This is my go-to Verizon store. Because this particular Verizon store is probably one of the largest, I prefer to visit this one for all of my service needs. They are prompt, have more employees, friendly, and the environment is inviting. Wait times may be long on some occasions, however, they do have employee coverage to service your needs unlike smaller Verizon stores with 2 ppl and much longer wait times. More service needs can be met at this particular store.

Just had an awesome experience at Verizon. My assistant Ken was top notch. I have worked with him befire and he is always up on the latest deals and promos. He is patient, efficient and will to help no matter how long it takes. Great customer servant. He deserves a raise in myVerizon. Thanks verizon.

Went the day after Christmas to get new phones. We waited maybe 15 minutes and we were helped quickly. We both love our phones and the service we get. All questions were answered and our needs were met.

I with I could leave a 0. Worse experience ever. Been with Vetixion since 1997. Ever employee acted like thet didn't want to be there work with you or help. I spent over $2000 in the store and they acted like I was interrupting there life. In all the years going to that Verizon I have never felt so uncomfortable.
