New level of frustration!Besides being very slow. They lost three prepaid usps ground packages in two months! I will never mail another package without getting a tracking receipt!

There were 4 tellers when I walked in. The line I'm in is at least 10 people long. One teller left and a 2nd started inventorying stamps leaving 2 tellers. Everyone was mailing multiple packages. Why would they go down to 2 tellers???

The worst place. If they’re delivering your package you’re probably not going to get it. I had like 5 packages that they “delivered” and I never received. Either they’re stealing them or miss placing. They are no help when it comes to it as well. Just be careful guys.

Mail carriers are no longer required to pick up outgoing mail unless they have mail to deliver that day...ridiculous!!

I wish I could give a 0. I hate when I buy something and I know the sender will use usps especially if I am ordering medication, last time I ordered meds they lost it, now I am out of meds and unluckily with unresponsive sender too. I don’t know why they have a service request option if they are going to be so imcompetent, just a call that doesn’t help in anything and then they don’t close the case but send you a “survey.” How come a mailman will place envelopes of a neighbor in my mailbox? I am pretty sure this is what happened with my package, they probably put my package in another neighbor mail box and they don’t even try to find it where they KNOW they placed it. It’s so frustrating especially when it is your MEDICINE. I just hope the sender learns, get the money for the package and never use USPS again or I’ll be the one changing company, I can’t live stressing thinking if I’ll get my meds this time or not.

I never had a supervisor as nasty and rude as Rae in the Dover post office. The driver gave my package to someone else and she continue to side with the driver, after he lied about where the package was placed-first story in the parcel locker and then he handed to me. Clearly he was lying and she proceeded to tell me call the company for a refund. Just nasty!!! The post office should have refunded me because their driver lost or stole my package. Something has to be done about the Dover post office lack of accountability.

Horrible customer service. I ordered an item on Ebay and it was picked up and taken to this post office. I had never received my package so I tried to call this post office to see why I had never gotten my package. I tried to call for over a week they would never answer their phone. I went to my local post office so they were able to get a different number for me so I could call them. I called at 8:15 AM the next morning someone finally answered the phone. I ask to speak to Monique assuming she was the manager. I told her I was calling in regards to a package I hadn’t received. She was so rude she let me know it had been almost a month and no that package was not there and left me hanging on the phone for over a half hour. I finally just hung up. She needs to go through customer service training.

What a terrible experience. There is only one person behind the counter waiting on customers. There is also an older gentleman who comes out and makes jokes about the people standing in line and that he’s surprised no one has left yet. He does proceed to help a few people in line. I was in line for at least 20 minutes and I moved up 1-2 spaces in line. I eventually left after the gentleman told me I could get what I needed at the kiosk. However, the kiosk was unable to provide the service I needed and I would need to get back in line. I had enough at that point. If you don’t mind wasting your life away and being laughed at while standing in line, then by all means come to this post office. Be sure to bring a tent, a few close friends for company , and a couples days worth of food. Bonus perk, if you partake in smoking a little bud, no need to bring your own, the place smells like a dispensary.

I ordered 2 packages delivered to the wrong address. Completely my fault. Only thing is one of them was delivered and the other one was redirected to my current address. A mail man brought the second package to my door and told me i had to pay for it. Ok i understand since it was more work on their part but i didnt have cash or a check so he took it back to the post office where i would have to go pick it up. I went the following day and twice more looking for my package and not only did they say they cant find it but it might have been returned to the sender. Its been over a month since my packages delivery date and i havent even gotten an update on whether or not i need to contact the business i ordered from or find the mail man who brought it to my door.

For the past 3 weeks residents at Harmony at Kent Senior Living have been receiving mail in individual mailboxes from numerous other residents. I have tried to reach out to Dover USPS office to no avail. Anyone have a suggestion !?

They don’t have any customer service skills at all, they are rude the manager is the worst she’s to busy to deal with customers is her excuse! They never answer the phone they deliver my mail to other people even certified mail!! They keep packages it’s just a mess at the Dover location and they don’t care
