The women working the desk are amazing!! They keep the room calm, fair, professional and kind. It is a long wait- they need to hire one more person to take the heat of those women- they are the best part of that post office!

The robot is full of static to the point of being absolutely useless. I tried several times to speak with a human being to no avail. I don’t drive, therefore this lack of “service” is unacceptable and will be reported to the Postmaster General’s Office asap

I have been mailing items to my son who is over seas. When I tell you the clerk that wait on me was so informative, patient and answer questions I had.
