I bought furniture from these people twice! I urge people to please not go and purchase furniture from them. My first purchase I bought a bunk bed. the top bunk mattress fell through. A year or so later I purchased a two piece living room set. Within the first two months the springs on both pieces of furn broke. I fixed the one on the couch and it broke even more . All the way across the stretch of the whole couch. the springs kept breaking and dropping the couch damn near to the floor. I have never bought furniture that broke or malfunction within that short period of time. they are trash! don't buy from them!

Don't buy the Garrison Reclining Collection by Lane Furniture. Just called Urban Outlet for a repair on the manufacturer warranty and the manager said Lane Furniture is out of business and there is nothing they can do unless I purchased a 5 year protection plan. ? What a scam! They should be upfront and advertise they just sell discontinued brands. I suggest you beware of the brands the Dover Urban Furniture Outlet sells. Goggle the brand name at the store (brand name not on website) to see if still in business. Not sure if they can decide not to honor product warranty but I will inquire with the right folks. Thank you.

Sectional that was special ordered came with many flaws took about 11 weeks of fighting to get a new one. The new one came with the exact same flaws. The manager of the store wanted to charge us a restocking fee because we did not accept it at the pick up dock of their store. I will never do business with them again.
