UPS stinks. Says package was delivered by UPS. Called UPS and he said it was transferred to USPS when I got a message stating that UPS delivered. He said USPS requested it be sent to them. I have never in my life heard that. I hope I never have to use UPS. I will use FedEx.

Big big help today from Paige! I had no WiFi there and she took care of everything with her phone and got my return package on its way fast! I appreciated her kindness and fast thinking.

Tried to make 2 returns and the labels clearly stated no box needed. The UPS worker refused my return, advised I needed to box it myself, and thought it was funny when I collected the items to leave the store. Definitely will not be going back to this UPS store since their workers are unprofessional and uneducated since he couldn't read a simple label.

I went to return an amazon item I had the slip and box, just didn’t know which slip went inside. They charged me for taping the box. A big company like this charging for a piece of tape is ridiculous. I will never return from here again. They try to charge for everything they touch.

Honestly, I’m just disappointed. I’ve been coming to this location for years now and the worker today just clearly hated his job. He scanned the QR code from Amazon and I never even open the boxes from Amazon and he said that I needed to package the two same items together. I explained that this is exactly how they came and Amazon said that I didn’t have to package them because they were already packaged. The boxes weren’t even opened and he said that I had to purchase tape(clearly trying to upsell) and put them together or he couldn’t take them. I’m just genuinely confused by how people just hate their jobs. I most likely will never come back to this location.

I will NEVER return to this UPS store again. I went into the store about 3:45 pm today to return an Amazon package. I provided the QR code and the young blonde girl working informed me that my package should be taped. I told her that I thought they would put the tape on when they print my label. She pointed out that it says customer packed and I stated it is packed and I assumed that printing of my label included the taping of my package. Just to note, the man in front of me had the same situation and she taped his Amazon package and did not charge him meaning she provided a courtesy to that customer but not to me! My package was slightly heavy and she knew that I probably would not turn around and walk out with my package. I should have done that just on principle. She charged me $1.50 to put one strip of tape over my package. Unreal..thanks for the customer service.

I had absolutely the nicest representative at your store today that I have ever had. He was friendly, he was easy to deal with, and he was reassuring to this seventy year old Grammy, who didn’t know quite what she was doing. I have always had good service at the Dover UPS store, but today was exceptionally fine! Thank you!

Don’t bring your packages here they have Horrible customer service and lose your packages. You’re better off choosing another store for your shipping needs and save the headaches.
