My husband and I went to the tractor supply in Dover/Camden today. We were looking to purchase a Toro 30” deck push mower for $1599. I asked the 20 something man behind the counter if he had THIS ONE in stock, by showing him my phone. He just glanced at my phone and pointed, it should be over there if we have any. You’re not going to check your stock?? It might be outside he said, just go check. I couldn’t find what I needed so we left. Keep in mind this was at 9:30 this morning. We were the only customers in the store and he wasn’t the only employee working. He could have even offered to have ordered one for pick up for me. Nope, couldn’t be bothered. So, Lowes got my business. Sorry Tractor Supply, your employees are losing you business.

Ordered a safe online and it came to the store to pick it up two days later and they said sorry we don’t have it we sold it to someone else. I’ll never give them any business ever again. Even the manager gave us the worst customer service and didn’t seem to care.

If I could rate this store zero stars, I would.I was looking for firewood and upon searching online, saw this location had some on site to purchase. I arrive and see nothing in the store or on the lot, so I walk to the register to talk to an available associate. I say "Excuse me" and he walked away from me in the middle of my sentence & went to the computer across the way. I stood there for 5 minutes, and he continued to ignore me. May I add, there was NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN LINE. I guess he figured if he ignored my existence long enough, I'll walk away. Which I did. I didn't catch his name, but he was a middle aged looking man with glasses.0 stars for customer service.0 stars for obviously not having an item in stock that was advertised online.0 stars for not having any sort of manners/social skills when it comes to accommodating a customers needs.Rest assured, I WILL NOT be back at this location in the foreseeable future.

The store had mice running everywhere and smelled like mouse it was so nasty. I hope it doesn’t get a animal sick they need to deal with this problem

Great place to find any work items and sometimes you can find some hard to find tools.Needed a new trailer hitch and had to get each item separate as their kits didn’t have the right sizes. Didn’t have a big enough wrench to install the ball. The manger helped and tightened it down in the back.Great help and great service.

Just not boots. So if you plan on buying boots at Tractor Supply…just don’t. They are infested with mice. Guy even said a customer found 6 inside one when they went to try them on. Mouse crap everywhere. ?
