He really went above and beyond to help me make sure I was able to catch my flight out of PHL. He was quickly able to get me into the vehicle and jumpstarted, but then when there was an antitheft function he was unable to bypass, he gave me a ride to town in order to catch my rideshare to the airport. This was after he tried everything in the book to get the ignition out of anti-theft, and then even asked his wife to go over to the local rental agency to check at the counter for a availability of a replacement. Mac and Mc Kinney's are a company of integrity that's becoming more rare in this world. Have full trust in Mc Kinney's if you ever need assistance.”
