“Minimum staff on a busy spring Saturday morning dealing with rentals. The truck I had was in rough shape, driver door not sealing at the top, at least it wasn’t raining. AC did not work well. Would never rent there for a long trip, no confidence the vehicle would make it.”
“Omg where do I start. At pick up the young man at the desk was very patient with me, kind, helpful, The truck was super clean! At drop off the ladies were so nice. When I called to make sure I checked in correctly she assured me that I was good, super helpful I felt relaxed. I never rent Uhual but this experience was super easy. I would rent here again and highly recommended.”
“I’ve had to start over a lot in the past 6 years. This seems to be the most affordable, simple process I’ve ever seen in a U-Haul company. The woman that checked me in was super sweet and quick. Thankfully I won’t ever need it again, but if I did, I would choose this location”

“All I can see is a mixture of good, great, and bad reviews on here. But I was here with EmWay Inc for a few months back in 2021. I just wish I could have stayed here longer but the only thing that made me leave was my truck breaking down on me for Dpf issues. They did try to get me to a truck rental company but there was no way for me to get there. So I had to go back to being a company driver else where to save money to pay for my truck repairs. I have nothing bad to say about EmWay at all. They are a great company to lease your truck onto. They are easy to work with and I might be coming back if it’s ok with you guys at EmWay Inc. But it won’t be until end of May or around June time frame.”
“We had reserved a 26' truck since the 20' wasn't available, but when we realized how big that truck was, the staff was super helpful in switching us to a 15' that wasn't even listed on the site. They were very friendly and personable and helped make a stressful move a lot easier. The smaller truck fit almost all the furniture and boxes we needed to move, so we only needed to make 2 trips. Highly recommend this location after renting trucks 3 or 4 times from them.”

“There was no furniture pad in the truck or in stock at this location 133 Saulsbury Rd. My reservations were switched by the main corporate office to another location: 22 22 STEVEN ST DOVER, DE 19901 but the hours do not work for me. Had to call U-Haul Main Corporate to explain why I picked that location by that time they switched me back. Sign out with a App is not convenient for me. For future just confirm and take in consideration the original reservations and send whatever is missing from the order to that location to accommodate the customer's order. Thank you. The Young Lady at 133 Saulsbury Rd is on point and quick to get customers in and out and handle the store customers as well.”

“Purchased the 100XR LEER Cap for my LB Tacoma crew cab. From the ordering to install, exactly 3 weeks. Price was very competitive with other quotes (lowest price). Install only took 1 hour, easy wait with a Dunkin Donuts almost nextdoor. Staff was friendly during the ordering process and the tech showed me the operation and features of the cap's drop in front window, windoors, light and locks. The LEER cap itself seems well built, color match was perfect. Good experience overall, I would recommend this vendor for truck accessories.”
