Worst place to get a car wash!!! He told me 19.99 and charged me 39.99 and then when we went to ask why they up charged us the guy got rude to the point to start cussing my dad out! Worst place to come! Don’t come hereee!!

.0 stars how are you the only car wash in Dover with no available rags unless you use a 5$ kit, MOD WASH is a 5 star along with Coastal Car wash. 5$ exteriors with hand dry off. Tommy you need to do better.

$8 car wash down the drain.$8 car wash does not clean the car at all. Car comes out filthy . The brushes act like touch less . Rather work harder and hand wash your car yourself

I've been to several car washes and this one gets 5 stars. The staff is always friendly, attentive and knowlegeable about the services they offer. It took me a while to sign up for the monthly unlimited wash, but I am more than happy that I decided to do so. I love that fact that I can go to any Tommy's without having to put my window down and get my car washed as many times as I like. It's nice to see Tommy's will be bringing a third location to Delaware soon.

The Dover car wash tore a piece of trim off my vehicle The manager said he’d take care of it. I sent him an estimate and tried to reach him by phone, text and email multiple times. I never got a response so, I canceled my monthly plan.
