They will process your taxes and wait 8 months to inform you off a fee. Taxes take forever to process through them. They use the extension excuse to justify their malpractice. Their staff is extremely rude. I’ve called checking on my return and was screamed at. I questioned charge 8 months later there telling me about and their very rude. Do not waste your time!!!

the Tax Chicks are a fantastic group of accountants. They are straightforward and honest. they take time for their smaller clients. I am a very, very small account for them and the owner took a few hours to work through a weird tax issue with me and resolved the issue for me. I would recommend them to anyone and they now prepare our taxes every year!

The tax preparation service received from Tax Chicks was poor. The needed tax documents were provided to Tax Chicks in January 2023 and the returns haven't been successfully filed to date. The business returns were filed incorrectly and the office was extremely slow in their response to rectify problems or address my concerns. My frequent calls to the firm regarding the status of the filings weren't returned. I rate my overall experience with Tax Chicks less than one, if possible.

We've used Tax Chicks for nearly 10 years now and have never been disappointed with their service. They do our Federal and State Taxes and also project our tax burden for the coming year so that we can make adjustments where possible. We appreciate their periodic contacts throughout the year via their newsletter to keep us updated on changes to the tax landscape. And you can also submit your tax documentation via their secure website so that they have everything in hand prior to your office visit. They have recently moved into their new office on Bradford Street in Dover. Make your appointment early because they do get busy in tax season.

These women are a blessing to me and have been since the first time I came to them after moving south from Wilmington. The confidence they inspire in me by their caring assistance as I grow older is so comforting. Jenna has been working with me for the most recent years but Sandy also help me at the beginning. What a great pair backed by an equally great staff. I thank God for their service.

I've been using Tax Chicks for several years, even though they're based in DE and I live in PA. I've been very happy with their service, especially their quick availability to answer questions. Sandy's weekly emails on tax questions are also helpful. For example, she just sent [12/29/22] a summary of points that may help us from the new 4000+ page new law. Imagine reading all that [;)] and summarizing! Seriously, they do great, helpful work.

I’ve used Tax Chicks in Milford for at least the last 20 years. While my tax situation is not particularly complicated, I do have a couple of items for which I don’t want to “stick my neck out” and let the IRS take a whack at me! ;)Tax Chicks offers very reasonable prices for preparing my taxes- Delaware & Federal. Of course, more complicated tax situations require extra forms and the price is adjusted accordingly. I had a situation that required some adjustments & I was charged only $75 extra. The lower stress level for me was worth lots more!I feel that my IRS forms are checked & double checked for accuracy!The monthly newsletter that Sandy sends out via email is interesting & informative. Most of the time the newsletter topic doesn’t apply to me, but there are always “pointers” that can be helpful!The staff is friendly & welcoming! I really cannot say enough good things about Tax Chicks- the 5 stars are definitely deserved!

Sandy has been more than fantastic in her understanding of the tax laws and her ability to always find the best ways to help her clients. She has been a friend, a shoulder to cry on and to find answers to the many questions I have had for her. She has been there for my husband and myself for many years and now just for myself, she is greatly valued. It is also a pleasure to speak to other members of her staff. They have consistently been pleasant and helpful. Five stars just do not do justice for Sandy and Tax Chicks!
