It was so bad a complaint was emailed to the general manager! Thanks Tom!!!!!! You help make the business a great place to shop! Customer service is critical for businesses, but sometimes this small part is missing…It should not be forgotten that customers have many options to purchase the items they need and want…a simple hello to greet your customer at the register and maybe even “have a nice day” at the end of the transaction. I didn’t get a single word from my associate during the entire transaction…even when I was speaking to them. Hopefully my next visit will be better; my first visit was truly disappointing.

Bought laptop and wanted to return at local store which they refused to take on 14th day with receipt. Their policy clearly says 14 days for laptop. Sent message to online customer care on 14th day to help with return and it’s been 23 days and no reply from online customer care. I usually buy good amount of electronics for personal and business use at staples but will never shop at staples.

This was an odd experience. I went in and said hello to one man at customer service, he did not speak back. Another man at customer service didn't greet me but said he could help me with a return. He took care of the return with no issue. But when he was done with the return he told me to grab the receipt from the printer and walked away.I don't think I'll return.

This store is great, employees friendly, helpful and efficient. This is a one stop hub for faxing, printing, amazon pick up and returns, as well as shopping for your home office.

Just witnessed the manager talk very rudely & loudly to an elderly man because he doesn't know what wifi is. Workers are great people & are so smart but that manager is something else.

I don't usually write reviews, but I really felt I need to recognize the kindness and compassion that was presented to me while I was printing and picking up an order. Miranda at the print counter answered my questions over the phone before visiting the store and was more than helpful when I arrived to place the order. She gave me advice and verified that I was getting what I wanted with my order(s) and even gave recommendations for changes to make for my order so it would print the way I wanted it to. She was kind, helpful, and just genuinely a nice person. Definitely recommend for any of your printing needs! The cutting on the green paper was my doing, not Miranda's, her's was MUCH nicer!
