Tried to catch a haircut on lunch break, I was good to go and was “on deck” however the gentleman that had 20 min until his haircut was picked to get cut next. I understand it’s “not an appointment”, might as well just get rid of the “on deck” scheduling. Very inconvenient, left and never coming back.

Husband asked for a fade, what is that ??? This is the worst haircut he ever had !!! I would have done better. He didn’t see the back before he left if he would have it would have not been the same. We paid 25$ for that.

I love the convenience of the app especially where I can see who’s working. I have not had a bad haircut from sport clips but my #1 is Mel amd # 2 is Ashley! They’re both give me a haircut I love and we have lovely conversations about our lives. They feel familiar and comfortable. And they always accommodate for my curly hair by just using conditioner for my MVP.

Even if I have a scheduled appointment I still won't be helped even 40mins later!

Jordan did an amazing job cutting my almost 2 year old son’s hair. She was patient, kind, and efficient. I’m always nervous to take my son to get his hair cut bc he isn’t a fan of it, but I was very pleased with the whole process! Thank you so much Jordan. We will be back soon! ❤️

Just left and this lady(older) was just not giving a shit and I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. Never had an experience like this before here ever.

Just got the worst haircut in my life from the guy there. , and I’ve spent the last 6 months getting terrible haircuts in the Kuwait desert. It must have been his first time.

Mel is a wonderful stylist. I've been going to her for years, she always does an awesome job. I received ALOT of comments in the past over my hair cutt and I always give her the Glory!!
