Had a wonderful time browsing the games and children's toys and kitchen accessories. There were lovely handmade cards which I purchased as well as a beautiful crib quilt. I saw beautiful fabric selections and also a variety of wholesome books. The people were very kind and helpful.

The people working there are very pleasant and helpful. Shady Lane carries a good variety of household items. One half of the store is just filled with sewing notions and fabrics. There are beautiful handmade quilts available. And the other side seems to be household decor and any household item you may need. There is even a lower level filled with items. Great place to shop..

Such a wonderful find. This place is sweet and has a lot of different things. My favorites was the fabric selection which was fantastic and had such an array of colors, but also the you can find handmade quilts here. They also have a great selection for kids and infants, and it looked like some of the infant clothes are handmade too. Really cute little outfits. This place has a very cozy atmosphere.

Great service, unusual finds, and mountais of quilting fabrics to choose from. A treasure of a place, enjoy this wonderful store of high quality items, all wrapped up in a store caught up in the 1950's. Spend an hour or 2 shopping in 1950's. Something for everyone!
