The highlight of this storage facility is Charlotte, the manager. She has been so nice and helpful over the two years we rented two storage units there. Sentinel is a little pricey, but the facility is nice and the units stayed dry.

The customer service was amazing and everyone was very welcoming while I rented a unit! Even when I decided it was time for me to end my rental agreement, they were very supportive through that process and providing the best customer service.

Can I just say that it feels amazing when you meet someone who is ginuein..Mrs Charlotte Really helped me out more than anyone knows. She went above and beyond! I truly recommend coming here! Price isn't bad storages are nice n clean...thank you seriously

Very clean and organized business. Granny (the office manager) makes sure things runs really well and she is such a pleasant rep and hostess. The units and grounds are super clean and the location is very safe. I only needed storage for short-term but I would use this facility again for short or long term. Did I mention Granny is the absolute sweetest, the best, and most helpful?!

Staff is Super Uber understanding. I'm military and had to find a place for storage during my deployment. Long story short had some housing complications and well the staff were able to make curtain arrangements for my situation. Ver helpful recommend for anyone looking to be treated well.

The lady at the front desk Granny (Charlotte) was warm and welcoming and very helpful, she explained everything and made the experience easy. If we had any questions or concerns she was very helpful!! The units were clean and easy to access.
