Sam's used to be our go to for everything, but it seems lately they just discontinue products at random and have horrible customer service. We bought one of their water coolers a few years ago and had an issue getting the 4 gallon refill bottles once before, but now we are facing this issue AGAIN. After spending an hour on the phone and speaking to a rude Dover store employee, we are being told that Sam's has discontinued the Member's Mark Purified Water 4 gallon bottles. How is a store going to stock the coolers and not supply the water to refill it? I am more upset about the rude customer service, but this is poor customer service all around when you are charged for a membership. Thinking it may be time for us to cancel.

the past 2 months have been amazing doing Sam's Club order online and pick up, the key it to check the app and let them know you are on your way, them once you are there tell them the parking spot# on your app. less then a 5 min wait

Second Chances
The store is clean and organized. Employees are friendly, helpful and polite. Price points are sustainable. The lines exiting the store were extremely long, with only store representative checking receipts.

It's a bulk warehouse store. They've got almost anything you could need, but like everywhere Else, more self-checkout lanes than from end employees. Ease of shopping with click n pull, and scan n go options, meat department staff is great, and I've been a member for 20 years for a reason

Had my tires replaced and paid for a tire warranty.. called tire and service on the phone when I had a flat tire was told I would have to put on a waiting list for a month to get this tire repaired or replaced … so then when I asked the customer service representative admitted their warranty is worthless.

I used the Scan & Go new tool from Sams where you scan your products, pay on the app ans Go, skipping the exit line. However I was not allowed to skip the line and was told by the staff and the Manager that I had to wait in line like all others. It feels like false marketing since the billboards say Skip the line, but that is not working.

Stopped in for a quick and cheap lunch- the location is SOOOO clean! And the pizza combo is given in a slice box in case you want to take it home)my local one does tinfoil on a paper plate). They also slice the mega slices in half for easy handling. The staff is very friendly. If I could rate it higher, I would!
