Went in yesterday 11/01/2024, and the lady with green hair needs an attitude adjustment. My boyfriend asked basic questions regarding their restocking process, such as frequency and their store hours. She was very dismissive, rude and seemed like the questions asked were so hard to answer or they were confidential. We will not be returning as this was only our 2nd time here, came twice in one week because we liked the selection, but will find another store where the employees aren’t rude. I was taken aback by how negative the interaction was.

It was my 2nd time visiting this location. I was looking for turtle neck tops. I found 1, and it was very reasonably priced. Ross, like its competitors are hit and miss stores. You never know what little gem you will find.
