The communication at rite aid pharmacy at the Green tree shopping center in Dover Delaware regarding informing customers about the readiness of their medication is lacking. Customers have reported not receiving timely updates or notifications when their prescriptions are ready for pickup, causing inconvenience and frustration.

You can schedule for a strep test, but they don't tell you until you're there that they don't do it at all. Fix your website locations and understand when you deny a 5yos scheduled test to have at least 5% empathy and not 2 people giggling.

The pharmacy itself is great but do not have your prescriptions delivered. My prescription was delivered by a rude person who was over an hour late and was high. It was delivered to my work so this was embarrassing to my co workers

The old lady cashier named LINDA refused to return my item , even though I had the receipt , she told me she doesn’t feel comfortable returning my item , and as a person of color I really feel discriminated against she kept telling me she doesn’t want to return it , I even went back and read the company policy to her that’s on the website , and she DID NOT CARE ,this lady must be racist because Why wouldn’t you return something when I’m showing you a receipt?

The removal of the 20 % discount is a real black eye for what was once a really great drug store. Not anymore! There's no real reason for me to even go in Rite Aid as much as I used to. Such a shame. All for selfishness and greed! All the millions of dollars this organization is making. This really stinks!!!

Each visit to my Rite Aid has always been positive. I can find everything I normally need. Cashiers are polite and helpfu;. Pharmacy staff is professional and will ask If I have any questions when I pick up my prescriptions.
