So upset with my daughter’s birthday nails
Kept emphasizing to paint a Star
A very basic design
He put snow flakes instead and it’s middle of July
Told him round he did square then I had to emphasize later to correct it
(I feel like he did this on purpose)
Inspo pic was basic as heck
Customer service was pretty good when it comes to kindness but that’s it after our experience
Poor choice in nail tech

You would be better off buying dollar store nail polish and having your child paint your nails. They would hold up about the same . Very disappointing .

Todays visit wasnt up to the normal standards. The place was cold to sit in , only the males were working today .Not offered the normal cup of tea etc .The place was quite grubby .The music was dire , it was on a loop and after an hour and a half it was driving customers mad . I asked if they could change it but to no avail .Come back ladies and make the place a happy chatty relaxing place again

DO NOT WEAR YOUR RINGS!!!!A few months ago I discovered after leaving the salon my wedding brand was not on my finger. I was wondering why the nail tech kept putting oil and massaging my right hand so much. To myself I said she already did that hand - why is she doing it again. Then she oiled her hands with the same oil they put around your cuticles. She also held my finger out and looked at my brand. We were talking back a forth and I believe she slipped my ring off my finger and that’s the reason for all the oil and lotion.I called and went back to the salon and asked if they could look at there cameras and was told cameras had not worked in two weeks. I also called the police and they were told the same thing. I ask God to forgive me if I am wrong - I have never loss my any of jewelry . Thank God my ring was Insured.

Very convenient as they are in Dover Walmart. There were plenty of technicians available on a Thursday afternoon. They do dip powder which is what I like. The technician I had was very nice and professional.

I get my nails done here every time since I moved in Dover. They never fail to amaze me with how friendly they are. I love how they interact with their guests. Not to mention, they have a variety of nail services at a reasonable price. I have also seen the designs they are able to do, which can fit to any occasion. I highly recommend it.

Not so happy with all the additional prices (for design, shape, cuticle removal, fixing of 3 nails after 5 days) and the 30 mins wait even though I booked a reservation and was on time for it. Great response time for phone calls and availability. Super sweet and talkative and attentive to details.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! the only decent thing was the massage. i asked for a french pedicure with a black french tip. first, he only did one coat and i asked for another one because it wasn’t opaque. after he did that he started doing the tip. it looked horrible. everything about it was horrible. i even asked for square shaped toes and they couldn’t even do that. after i said i didn’t like it he said what do you want me to do. i said just paint my toes black. he did and it still looked horrible. they were going to charge me 58 for the french tips. after painting it a solid color the charge went down to 50. he finished doing the solid black and i asked the manager can i have a discount because i am not satisfied with it, and i have a photo shoot to go to and nails literally look horrible. she told me there’s nothing wrong with it and the cost was 50 dollars. the only discount i got was a student discount that was 10% off so i ended up paying 45. the student discount was one i could get whether i liked the service or not. my bank said they couldn’t dispute the charge because of the merchants policy. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I tried Regal out because my "regular" nail shop was closed. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they were able to get me right in. My nails look amazing. I believe I will be using them from here on out.
