Absolutely hate this REDNERS! I don't like the female manager that looks as if she's a chain smoker. Cashiers and Managers are not friendly, inviting, or welcoming. The parking lot us awful..I live across from Greentree but yet I'll got to Camden or Salt Creek location. They're are extremely friendly, helpful. Green tree needs to fire their current staff and hire new ones...

Redners REALLY NEEDS to stay open later like for example instead of closing at 10PM they should stay open later and close at like between 11PM and midnight

The absolute worst customer service from a young man in a winter beanie working the deli department. My first time ever ordering chicken there. I had no idea I had to be right on time, that life doesn't happen, I could not be late picking up my chicken. Then when I asked at counter, they told me I was at the wrong store. So I called the number in my call history. I was at the right store. Then I was TOLD with complete sarcasm, that when u schedule a time you should be there. They sold my chicken without even a courtesy call me, asking if I was still coming. I snapped! I told him I do not appreciate his tone of voice and his sarcasm towards me. I am a 22yr veteran that served for people like you and more. I went to manager to make a formal complaint. He wouldn't let me write my statement as he sipped on his loud annoying cup while I was talking about what happen and how I felt. He didn't even tell me to have a nice day or anything. All he said was he would address it. So here I am, let it be addressed for sure that only way I have left for righteous outcome. No one had any manners and just lied in my face from.the beginning.

I shop here about 3 to 5 days a week.lpl.I feel like I live here... Some food sometimes can be more expensive than other supermarkets..
However, their customer service with Mrs.Jackie.& I think her name is Ms.Lee..Both these Ladies always great the customers, most of the time by their name.They tend to know their repeat customers!!.Which I so luv....

Nice place to shop and have a good variety of items reasonably priced. Our church gets their fried chicken when serving people and everyone enjoys it. Prices are reasonable too.
