I just left this Dover Quest and this is by far in all my 48 years on planet earth ? that I have seen the rudest, ignorant and most disrespectful techs in my whole life. Date 1/4/24 time between 2pm amd 3pm. (If Quest is reading) I was early for my 2pm appointment, checked into tablet..No one at front desk..I sit..another gentleman comes in.. I sit for about 15min to 20 min and I see the 2 women just walking back amd forth...taking a glance and then just talking to each other even making jokes So I kindly say to them. Excuse me, I had a 2 o'clock appointmone of them responded Ok, we looking for something . Had as wait another 10 minutes. So I'm looking at my clock and it's approaching 240. So at that time they don't even walk out and say. My name or ask which one of us was who....she just screamed my name out loud from the back.... I stand up, walk over to the desk that nobody was sitting at.... and she just says my name again, so I say out loud.... Do you want me to come the back? She doesn't answer....I walked in the back Myself look left, look right. I See, somebody sitting down with their back to me, she screaming out my address that's on my paperwork without asking me discreetly.... Loud with the only 2 people who are there 3 people that are inside the building here, so she never asked me, is this your address? She just screamed my address out. She never asked me what's my name. She just said my name aloud never made eye contact. She had her back to me the whole time. So I said to her, I said, miss do you want the paperwork? She turns her hand and just reaches her hand to me still with her back to me and pitch her hand out so I can handle her paperwork, I give her the paperwork she turned around as don't know if we can be able to do this today. Do you have insurance......Of course I have insurance.... I got the paperwork forn University of Pennsylvania..... Oh ok, she said, do you have the card? I said the information is going to paperwork, I said I'll go to my car and go get my insurance car..... I walk outside came back in for her to say to me, oh, the other tech gonna help you...no eye contact...rolling her eyes..., so I'm standing there .... there's no me sir or over here sir...typical like im bothering theme....didn't look at me or anything..... I'm like the other tech gonna help me where ?????so the lady says my name I Look, and the other cubicle, and it's a woman sitting there with her back to me also puts her hand out and I say what you want to pay for work for the lab...its cash money.... She puts her hand out further and never asked me for the paperwork, I just put it in a hand she starts to read the paperwork and says, do you have an insurance card? I said I just went to the car and get it. She told me comes to you. The same woman that was helping me first walked over to the cubicle and says. He don't have his insurance card. I said I told you I was going to my car to get it so she looks at my paperwork I said the insurance information is right there. Oh well, I don't know if we're going to be able to do this because there's this is new insurance, I'll say yes there's no insurance. I said. What difference does it make? Oh I don't know if we gonna have to do this mind you. They never look me in my face out. Oh, never looked at me, they're saying all this while they're why her back is to me, I said give me the paperwork, but I'm just gonna file a report with your corporate office cause you're not being really wrote. Uh, do what you have to do. Then you don't want with no insurance, so I'm on here. Letting you know that the Dover Delaware quest diagnostics. Maybe the worst have ever seen in my entire life. Whoever is maintained at place need to write the 2 texts up. That was working at that time because they was definitely rude. .

I had apt at 6:10 but the kiosk said I didn't have apt the ladies would not even talk to me. So I left no customer service. Computers do have issues so you should at least try to help when the machine acts up. Guess I will have to try again I do have a job that I need to get too can't sit all day waiting for someone to speak to me

The location is very clean, offer appointment scheduling online and right off the highway. The staff were very polite and respectful. I've been here a few times and never had a negative experience.

Went there to get a very long list of blood tests and although I was late for my appointment, Michelle went above and beyond to get my blood work done. Just to make sure that I don't have to come back the next day, she stayed after her timings and double checked that all the ordered labs were included. Can't thank her enough.

Worst customer service. It took 2 hours for a routine test and the employee was so rude and impolite. I will never go back there again. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

While the local facility is fine, the billing department is horrific !!! 3 months of sending a bill without billing my insurance. Finally got a smaller bill and paid it. Now I find that I'm owed a huge refund because of your mistakes and told I have to wait another 14 days!!! This has been going on since September. Totally unacceptable business practices.

Staff very professional and courteous. My electronic lab request was not there. Called my doctor's office and they faxed over my lab request. Please make sure you book an appointment and have a hard copy of lab request. Things aren't what they used to be???

I have been to this facility several times for a specialty blood test that isn’t available anywhere else including LabCorp and the hospitals.The Dover office is horribly worn and gives the impression of being filthy. The bathroom is a nightmare.In addition, every time I go there the techs are different. The last time was the worst. The tech refused to listen to me when I explained That I only have one usable vein (which is why I have a permanent port which they cannot access) My entire arm is swollen and bruised.Several times I have filled out a survey about the condition and have gotten no response not have they taken measures to clean it up. Why ask for surveys when u have no attention of responding????Since I must go to Quest every 6 months for this test I will try the Middletown office to see if it any better.

Welp. I give this place a low rating. Simply nothing to do with personal. But the web site says 6am. When you call in it says 6am. Yet it is currently 6:47 am. Not a persom in site. Pretty unprofessional as a company. At least update your hrs of operation. By not doing so it seems like this company does not care about their clients that may have to use the facilities.

The one Caucasian woman came out to take a customer in for her testing and that customer said that I was next. The Caucasian quest representative said that I was not in the system. I told her that I signed in and she repeated that I was not in the system. When the other quest representative called the next person I explained this again and she helped me to sign in again and I was taken care of by the next representative . Very rude and salty representative this morning. Of course not all of them were rude the 2 that assisted me were very nice.
