They do not check their computer records for the previous repairs or battery installs so the mechanics don't realize you're coming there under a warranty. 2 days in order to get a battery warranty honored and in our car. Went in to get a nail out of my tire, told them I had to be at work in 2 1/2 hours, two hours later I asked for my car back. Went a couple doors up the road and had the tire fixed in 8 minutes for 35.00 less than price Honda told me . Will not go back
