Crew was great however the Pod left rust marks in my brand new driveway . Not sure of what to do ? I also had one item break in the entire journey which was no small feat .

Everyone was new, finally got a hold of the old supervisor that was promoted to the VA DC area, he cared but nothing ever happened with my daughter's and the POD we shared.

Great experience! The driver, Deonte Hodge, delivered and picked up in an awkward space. The way he maneuvered that pod was nothing short of amazing! Also polite and respectful of property. I highly recommend using POD when your move dates are unpredictable. So easy!

First time PODs customer and the experience has been great. Deonte Hodge delivered the unit and placed it exactly where I needed it. He was very outgoing, shook my hand, and took precautions to protect the neighbors grass. He's an excellent representation of the PODs brand. I'll be using this company again based of Deonte's superb customer service alone.

If you can be lucky enough to have Deonte Hodge come to deliver your pod you will be absolutely blessed. He positioned the pod perfectly for easy packing. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to clean my pod out before he left. If I could give 10 stars I would!
