Been to the store multiple times where I had to walk around for 20 minutes before anybody could help me they were literally look at you and stare at you, knowing you need help and go hide in the back

Horrible…. Not only did my dog get a mediocre cut. I paid VIP/Express treatment which states your pet will be ready 2 hours or less. This was not the case! I brought my dog here 3 times and paid the extra $15 and they had my dog for 2,1/2 hours or more. 3rd visit I told them I was not paying the extra fee because they was taking to long. They gave me attitude, my dog haircut was not completed. And they said I was not to bring him back; which is absolutely fine with me! Very unprofessional! Many other pet groomers in the area to choose from so I am never going back!
