No problems, was 1st visit. My only suggestion is to be able to see pricing before going to the appt. Other than that all good.

Drove many many miles to the nearest Petco, for specifically advertised buy three get one guppies, and they had none here and they Don't provide an alternative. Now I know why all the one star reviews of this place. Many signs all over the freshwater tanks advertising this. See my pic.

If you go here, make sure you follow every move the cashier makes. I go out of my way to come to Petco, but the cashier was horrible, and this is the last time. She took items out of my basket to ring them up. Then an item needed a price looked up, she looked it up, then put it back in the basket instead of in the bag, so of course I ended up without it. Going back to get it would have cost more in gas. How hard is it to put something into a bag? And when I called she was like, Oh, how about that - it's in the basket, haha. You can come back to pick it up. Talked to the manager and she was also no help. All I was told was I can waste my gas and time to go pick it up because of an incompetent employee. So I got ripped off and the cashier got a free treat for her dog. And they lost a customer.

Every time I come here and need help with something, there's no one around to help. Last time I got fish, took over 20 minutes for someone to come, then the lady made it seem like I was hassling her. Today, the cashier says 'oh my manager is busy and she said it's going to be a while.' You literally exist to sell products and don't want to assist customers when they need help. K, won't go there anymore.

They're out of everything !! I ordered curb side pick up it says in stock and then they cancel my order cause they don't actually have it. I go in the store for something else and what do ya know out of stock ! Asked a worker for help had no interest in helping or any knowledge of anything !!

Absolutely sad. I went there today to get pebbles for my tank and just curious, i look at the fish tanks with all the pretty fishes. And to my sight i see all of the tanks with DEAD FISH. Literally being sucked by the filter and some just floating. I look to my right and see a worker, just on her phone. Not paying attention to me or the fish tanks at all. I will just stick to petsmart for all my fishes needs. Because that's just sad, and shame on the employer for letting it get that bad.

I have been taking my dog to get groomed at Petco for over a year now. I will no longer be bringing my pet or recommend Petco to people I know. I was mistreated by a Petco employee when I was scheduled to have my dogs grooming appointment that day. They failed to let me know that my appointment was cancelled until I got to Petco for my grooming appointment, I live about 30mins away. The Petco employee was getting very argumentative and saying he tried calling me multiple times and left voicemails, did not receive anything, the only thing I received was 2 text messages to confirm my grooming appointment. This isn't the first time they cancelled groominmg appointments on me before and then it takes a month or more to get another appointment. I will not step foot back into Petco not after the way me and my husband was treated you just lost a loyal customer!!!!!
