BLUF: they will charge you $86 for an extremely useless inspection and THEN charge you for everything else. Even when you know what the problem is and tell them.
first I called them and they don't do quotes over the phone because they have to do their wrench free inspection.
so I scheduled an appointment and when the inspection was done I was then told I owed $86 for them to do 20 minutes of work to tell me that my belts needed replaced. what's funny about this, I had to called to get a quote to have the belts replaced. I knew the belts needed replaced. I went in for the appointment and told them that the belts needed replaced.
so they charged me $86 for 20 minutes of work to do a piss pore inspection and then wanted to charge me an additional $350 to replace the belts. so they don't do quotes so they can at least get $86 out of you.
This is the kind of service that drives people to go to big brands because the Kia dealership would have just done the inspection for free, but I prefer to support local small businesses. I'll just support a different one next time.
they're price to replace the belts was actually good, but charging $86 for a completely useless inspection is enough for me to say no thank you and never go back.
the only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the 2 at the front desk were very nice to everyone that came in.

Workers were pleasant and my car was well taken care of I was given heads up on what my car needed and if I wanted them to fix it I was greatful 4 that will recommend family and friends to patriot

I have used this repair shop for all three vehicles. Have been pleased with their service and especially the staff. This shop is small and family owned and that makes you feel that you are a person and not just a number on a tag.

Very disappointed with this incredibly overpriced place! I got charged $1465 for new brakes, and an oil change of which $146 was for “ shop supplies “. They charge 9% of the bill for supplies ( other shops charge $8 - $10). They didn’t even put enough oil in my car, and I got charged for 5 quarts. The “add oil soon” light came on the next day after my oil change and they recommended I pull over and put oil myself. The owner had no sympathy about this situation !

I had a great customer service experience. The staff was professional and helpful. They fixed my car within two hours. My only complaint is that the place is extremely over priced. They were going to charge me nearly $600 to replace my headlights & said it was going to take 2 hours to replace. I had it replaced at Valvoline for $90.00 including the bulb & it took him 3 minutes to replace.
