LEE who claimed he was the manager was very very rude and disrespectful. He would not give me his last name because he knew that he was wrong . They charged my credit card twice and did not deliver what i ordered and when i called to tell him the issue he was very rude and unprofessional and basically told me I was a liar and that I could not order from there anymore . I have my bank statements as proof . He should be fired and he definitely does not deserve the role as a manager. He is a very nasty individual. I'll would not recommend . I will definitely be contacting corporate!!!!

Like many places you have to order online in order to get a deal. That makes no sense when you're standing there with money in hand. The girl making the pizzas had a big cut on her finger and no gloves on.... won't be back EVER!!!!

My boyfriend and I have been using this location for several months now. We used to be regulars until mangers changed, every since then it has gone downhill. Tonight was by far the worst service we have ever gotten. We placed a order at 5pm for delivery and didn't get a response until 7pm stating that it was delivered, but nothing was in sight. We asked our neighbors if they had gotten it by accident but no one had. We ordered over $30 worth of food with a $15 tip and our food was stolen from us! They said they couldn't remake it and had to refund it in order for us to place another order, which makes no sense. We'll be staying away from here until children aren't left unsupervised working with no adults present.

After delivery of the cool, soggy pizza. The pizza looked like it had been dropped on its side. So half of the pizza will not easily edible. In addition, this large pizza was cut way left of center. Half was customized, which mixed the toppings and left the “crushed” slices very small, and the rest of the slices extremely large..this is unacceptable, but sadly completely expected. The toppings were not correct either..I don’t understand how a place is ok with this level of underachievement.

Pizza is okay. A little overpriced compared to other places. Cleanliness of the Camden location not so good.

Waited almost 2 hours for our delivery. Everything was cold, garlic knots and breadsticks were hard. Both my husband and I woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning!! Never again will I stray from our local family owned pizzerias. Awful awful awful!!!

Terrible experience. Ordered pizza at 6:28PM. Received text at 6:41 that it was on its way. Then, received a call at 7:09 that it was on its way. huh? Showed up at 7:40 cold. Seems the original driver forgot to take it with them, so it sat until they figured out the oops. Driver spoke to the "manager" whom I was on the phone with when he arrived and explained the issue, left the cold pizza and said that they would remake the order and since we were only 7 minutes from the store would swing back to pick it up and deliver it. Well, an hour later (8:45) we called back since we STILL had no hot pizza, just the cold one that we didn't eat. Driver had made a mistake and wasn't supposed to have left the cold one with us. How is that our fault? They claimed they called, and I did show a missed call at 8:10, a half hour after the original delivery, but my phone never rang and they left no message. Then they tried to blame US for the issue saying we didn't answer and the driver wasn't to have left the cold order with us. Then the "Manager" tried to pass off another employee as the GM (who we later found out left at 5:00). Given the level of professionalism (or lack thereof) it was clear it could not be a manager of any type. So basically they just said screw you and your cold pizza that we messed up. We will never be ordering delivery from this location again.

Large pizza had an odd fish smell with metallic taste. Even the dog threw up. Seriously.

The person who answered the phone after I made my order through the app was very unprofessional. I asked him why I was charged extra for an extra topping when I am getting a pizza without cheese. He said, “I don’t know.” I asked him if he could apply the usual military discount to our order. He said, “that has to be done through the website.” I asked him how do I do that through the website. He said, “I don’t know! You know more about that than I do!” Very unprofessional. I did not make a fuss for fear of my order getting intentionally tampered with. We made our order for cash payment so that the bill could be easily adjusted as usual, but apparently the staff have changed and know nothing.
