First time , the experience was great ! My tech was kind and asked me multiple times along the way were the nails good , no complaints ! Visiting from out of state and will absolutely go back when visiting again !!

If there was a way to do a minus zero I would, let’s start off with two months ago with the pedicure, they cut into my toe, I thought it would have healed up over the weeks and months but I had to go to the doctor… infected
Then I went back just yesterday to get my nails done, mind you I don’t get tips just acrylic over my own nails… they filed off my nails, I asked the lady to soak off the old acrylic she said next time!!! Then she filed all of my nails off, then said there was nothing she could do… I went back and spoke with Michael he asked me how can he fix it, I’ll have to get them cut all the way off and start over, just not with them after he cuts and soaks off this acrylic…

I’m only giving them a 2 star because my first two experiences were ok. But today I guess everyone had an attitude! I didn’t get greeted, the man that did my pedicure was sooo damn rude it didn’t make no sense. He started painting my feet with the color i requested but it looked totally different on my toes, mind you he put a white coat first with asking or explaining to me (first mistake) so I kindly asked him “is that the same color” he stopped so quick started sucking his teeth while dropping my foot asking me “ you said yellow didn’t you #25” so I still kindly said yes I did. I guess me asking that question pissed him off even more he didn’t even shape my toe nails safe to say that will be my last time there

For my first visit to Coco Nail Spa was an enjoyable one. I was taken at my appointment time. My technician was friendly and my pedicure was very good.
Stylist: I had a gel pedicure and manicure for the first time and I am very pleased with the results. My stylist was Nancy. I will be back.

Always happy with their work! It's a pleasure going here. I've had a few pedicures done. I recommend gel polish, it's worth the extra cost, IMO.. I appreciate their hard work!!
Cleanliness: They always open their tools right in front of you. They use liners in the tubs, which they replace for each customer. Very clean!

I do not normally post reviews, but this is an exception!
I called Saturday 05/25/2024 morning to see if an appointment was needed for service... the guy on the phone said no, u can come now. It was around a lil after 11am.
I arrived 11:30 am and signed in... at the time of my arrival there were 2 ppl sitting waiting 1 of which walked through the door right ahead of me. I sat and waited until 12:30 before 1 of the 6 people working took me back.
It was the oldest looking gentleman there, and he asked what I was having done... I stated I wanted an uv gel refill and a gel polish change. He said okay pick your color...never explaining to me that he didn't do uv gel or that there wasn't anyone available to do uv gel for me.
It took him over an hour to change my polish, in which he didn't do a good job, but he was very nice.
The guy I spoke to on the phone whom seemed to be the person running the show, spoke to him in their native language and then told me I had to wait until maybe 3pm.
I asked him why didn’t they let me know this before I sat and waited so long? He said because u don't have an appointment. I said but u told me to come. He said but I have no way of knowing when people are going to come, and we all have appointments right now.
Sadly, it wasn't just me that day... another lady was upset with her service and walked out before me, because she was told the same thing after her pedicure.
The place is pretty decent looking, but the customer service is terrible, and this is one of the salons where as all the nail techs speak good English therefore, communication shouldn't have been an issue.
Again, the service I did receive from the older gentleman wasn't worth $31 I paid, $26 for polish change and $5 tip. The polish looks like I did it while sleep walking.
The manager never apologized for my time wasted, and the inconvenience. Therefore, I would never recommend or return.
Please beware if you're trying this place for the first time. They only interact and cater their services to their regular customers. I live 2 miles away and could've easily became a regular customer if they would've provided decent customer service.
I ended up going to Hot Nails which did a pretty good job. Again, if you're in the area and need a place to go, I recommend Hot Nails.
