Really disappointing service or shall I say lack thereof! A financial advisor was unavailable to speak with me when I first called to set up an appointment, so I left my information for a return call. No one ever bothered to call me back! That's ok though because I was wary about going with Merrill Lynch in the first place--Charles Schwab it is!

Even though I am not a client of this firm, they gave me some of the best customer service I have ever received. Crystal W. Starling helped me transfer my Mother's IRA to my financial firm which turned out to be much more difficult than it should have been, and the problems were with my firm! It took nearly 2 months, well over a dozen emails and countless forms and phone calls but she got it done and could not have been friendlier and kinder throughout the process. Thanks again Crystal!

I have worked with a variety of financial professionals over the years. The team I work with now at ML in Dover work hard to keep things working right for my family and me. They are proactive, thorough, and friendly. Best advisor team I've ever had.
