Both Christmas party outfits, and even my wedding outfit all came from this very store. Mr. Deem is very helpful, welcoming personality and always great to deal with, and certainly has plenty of knowledge on everything he sells, plus some. “Dover, Delaware storeI was looking for a pair of boots that are out of stock in MOST of the stores in the US, so I checked this store's inventory.Perla looked very hard to find the boot based on my description only since I didn't have the item # or SKU.To my surprise, "Perla" found the boot and went above and beyond by offering to transfer the boot from Delaware to my local store, and "Tom" (Delaware store manager) was EXTREMELY AND INCREDIBLY helpful in making sure that the boots arrived in only a few days, and he made this a fun transaction.This store's customer service is on the level of Chick-Fil-A...I give it five stars!!!Thanks EVERYONE, especially "Tom, Perla , and the Kansas District Manager who cooperated with the Delaware store!”

They were vested in his occasion and were happy to answer any question we had. They took their time to listen and deliver!! “I recently visited the Macy's in Dover Mall. Teresa assisted me while she was working in the kids dept. I noticed her exceptional customer service skills with the customer ahead of me. When it was my turn, she convinced me to use my Macy's card, which I was reluctant to use and did not have with me. She looked it up and saved me money and I paid it off immediately which required her to look the account up again. She was so efficient and expedient. Kudos to Teresa, she deserves an award. Truly an outstanding employee!”

“If you are the smaller side, this is a Great store for you..lol..... I went to the store to buy items for my Daughter's Birthday.... She is a 5-6... But for someone who is on the 13 and above size.... humm.na..lol. Your not fitting those small clothes .lolHowever, the workers all were so Nice..& Friendly... The Store was Clean....”
