Went to lowes in Dover tried to buy something dewalt on sale. Tool persons told me to take tag to cashier, cashier told me to go back to tool section. I like to go to Lewes to buy what I need. Unfortunately it's a shame to see the plants dying outside of the store with NO water. As plants lovers is a very bad feeling to see that.
