I'm feeling cursed! Ordered washer and dryer and they promised to deliver 3 times and cancelled each time once without any notice. Went into the store spoke w manager she apologized, promised to have it delivered on a certain date, and offered a small inconvenience discount....well no discount but at least I got the washer and dryer.

Went to Lowes in North Dover today to buy a $700 tool cabinet for my husband for Christmas. Could not interest a single employee in assisting me. Two managers sitting in their office chatting. Employee at the paint desk playing on her phone. Same deal at the return desk at the front of the store. I stood there for five minutes while FOUR employees ignored me. Chatting among themselves, playing in phones. Each of them made eye contact, but did not speak to a customer who was very patiently waiting.Wow. I will go to ACE.

The Men's bathroom in this Lowes has been deplorable for years! Bad store management especially since the management has to use the same bathroom daily and don't recognize the condition the bathroom is in.

We ordered our kitchen from this store, several items have damage and need replacement, I emailed my kitchen project specialist 3 times and received no response. Today I called 3 times totaling 45 minutes and was disconnected every time, even after asking to speak to the manager.

I was in early this morning to get a utility cabinet. When I got it home and unpacked I found a forklift had been run through it a few times. Shame on me for not checking the box. My bad. I took the severely damaged panel and was greeted by Niles who promptly jumped into action and called a supervisor to assist us. Along comes Jackie who gave me some options. One I chose was to do a return, buy a new one and just get the panel out of that one and leave the rest as my return. But, they didn't have another. But, the Camden store 7 miles away had six. She called ahead and I headed there. Sidebar, the Camden store is a crap hole with crappier management. Thanks for nothing Deanna, you are a crappy manager that knows zero about customer service. Went back to Dover and Jackie ordered me another cabinet and we will do the door trad when it comes in. Jackie and Niles are the bomb !!!

FALSE ADVERTISING - I ordered a custom entry door and window five months ago and on the day of the installation, I found out the measurements were wrong. When I called corporate headquarters all I received was, "I'm so sorry", "We're sorry but". Lowes Home Installations is the WORST. Hire a professional. What the incompetent sales rep. did not disclose is that all entry doors are not custom, some parts are standard from a factory. Now what sense does that make, when the installation can't be completed. Never shopping here again.
